What do I choose? I know what I would choose from the library, but I have trouble deciding which book to read next from my TBR-pile (these are not all books waiting to be read, some are on the bookcase).

The weather may be crazy unpredictable lately, but the sunsets are gorgeous.

After a relaxing and lazy weekend filled with a lot of reading it’s time for a first week of establishing a new daily schedule.

Trying to be liked and accepted is hard and very tiring. I’ve tried this all my life and it never worked well.

I watched Becoming, the Netflix documentary on Michelle Obama and it’s good. Dare I to say that I liked it more than the book?

Yesterday I wrote quite a few words towards my book. Those were very bad words, but it felt good to write them. (I’ll be talking more about my writing process in my newsletter.)

I need my journal this morning. The anxiety just showed up suddenly while I was sitting down to breakfast. Haven’t felt it like this for a while.

Girl, Woman, Other (in het Nederlands Meisje, Vrouw, Anders in vertaling van Lette Vos, bij @uitgeverijdegeus) is one of those books that I’m not sure about. I think that everyone should read it, because it shows all the different facets of what it means being born a woman, but also there’s something there that doesn’t seem right.

After a few bad nights I finally slept well. I’m still sticking to my plan for today and I’m spending the day in my reading chair.
